Scott Wolkowitz
CEO
Scott Wolkowitz has led Wolkow Braker as President and CEO since 2014. Prior to joining Wolkow Braker, he worked as a project manager in New York City. Scott is a trustee for Local 8, an executive member of the BTEA, the Vice President of the Roofers Waterproofers Contractors Association, and a board member for NARI, serving on the Underwriting Committee.
Nate Martone
COO
Nate Martone is the Chief Operating Officer of Wolkow Braker. Previously, he served as the Vice President of L. Martone & Sons since 2015. He has more than twelve years of field experience, and worked in banking prior to his transition to the construction industry. He is a member of the NARI Finance Committee.
